I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boise State University. I am proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint. During my schooling I was educated in sports journalism, business reviews, feature writing, and news writing.
I am skillful with different social media platforms. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, google plus and WordPress. I am knowledgeable in photo and video editing as well.
In addition to food industry jobs which I held in order to fund my education, (I graduated with no student debt). I have worked as a product demonstrator, as a translator and administrative assistant for a large charitable organization in Thailand.
During my employment as an administrative assistant, I was responsible for the company’s website, inventory, translation, and assisting my employer.
I am now interested in leaving the food service sector and finding employment in the field of journalism or communications. I am open to a very wide range of possibilities.
